Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. His leadership style is people-first, emphasizing collaboration and communication. Nicolas is passionate about making a positive impact in the community and delivering quality work that clients can trust.
Salomé Camargo
Sales and Marketing
Salomé began her professional journey in the arts, starting a music career at 9 years old in Colombia. She later worked as a TV host and influencer, collaborating with well-known brands. Over time, her path led her to marketing and creative direction, where she thrives today.
Now, as Co-owner and Marketing Director of Kover Solutions, Salomé leads a brand built on authenticity, creativity, discipline, and passion—values that reflect who she is. Alongside her husband Nicolas, who introduced her to this world, they started the business with a shared vision of providing the best service to their community.
Her leadership is empathetic and collaborative, focused on growing together with her team. Outside of work, Salomé enjoys training, running, and experimenting with healthy recipes. She’s passionate about building a business that is personal, purposeful, and impactful.
